Motio, Inc. is a Dallas based Software firm that specializes in enterprise software development. Motio was founded and is run by Razorback Alumni. We have a very developer oriented culture, and we are extremely passionate about the art of software development.
We're looking to add new members to our team. Candidates will be expected to :
* Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions (both our products and custom solutions for our customers).
* Interact directly with our customers to gather requirements and understand their needs.
* Be eager and proactive in helping our clients solve their problems.
* Work well in a team oriented environment.
Candidates should have :
* A passion for technology and a desire to constantly share and grow with the rest of our team
* A strong work ethic.
* The desire and ability to learn new things.
* An understanding of Java/J2EE.
* An understanding of Object Oriented Design and UML Notation.
* An understanding of Relational Database Theory and Practice.
* Good communications skills.

* JBoss, Weblogic or Websphere
These positions may require up to 50% travel at times (although most work is centered in Dallas).
